Learn how to view, filter, sort, and take action on activities in OutSales.
Managing Activities
The Activities tab is where you spend most of your time in OutSales. It shows every activity managed by your agent, along with powerful filtering, sorting, and bulk action tools.
Viewing Activities
Open any agent from the dashboard to see its Activities tab. Each activity appears as a row in the table showing:
- Full Name -- The contact's name from Pipedrive
- Email -- The contact's email address
- Subject -- The follow-up email subject (or original activity subject if the email has not been generated yet)
- Status -- A color-coded badge showing the current stage
- Date -- The activity's due date
- Approved -- Shows "Approved" or "Need Approval" where relevant

Filtering Activities
OutSales gives you several ways to narrow down your activity list.
By Stage
Below the time range selector, you will see stage filter chips with counts. Click any chip to filter:
- All -- Shows everything
- In Progress -- Activities not yet completed
- Done -- Completed activities
- Pending, Ready to Generate, Awaiting Approval, Email Ready, Sent, Completed, Prospect Replied, Paused, Failed, Error, Skipped, Not Started, Cancelled
You can select multiple stages at once. Active filters appear as removable badges above the table. Click Clear all to remove all filters.
By Due Date
A second row of filter chips lets you filter by due date:
- All -- No date filter
- Overdue -- Past due date (highlighted in red if any exist)
- Today -- Due today
- This Week -- Due within the current week
- Later -- Due after this week
By Time Range
Use the time range buttons at the top to limit activities by how recent they are:
- 12 months (default)
- 30 days
- 7 days
- 24h
By Search
The search field on the right filters by subject, contact name, email address, or activity notes. Results update as you type.
Advanced Filters
Click the Filters button to open a dropdown with checkboxes for every status. This is useful when you want to combine specific statuses.
Sorting Activities
Click on any column header (Subject, Status, Date, Approved) to sort:
- First click -- Sort ascending
- Second click -- Sort descending
- Third click -- Remove sort
A small arrow icon indicates the current sort direction.
Opening Activity Details
Click any row in the table to open the Activity Drawer -- a slide-out panel on the right side of the screen. The drawer shows the full activity details, follow-up email, next activity, and closing probability. You can take actions like editing, approving, regenerating, pausing, or deleting directly from the drawer.
When the drawer closes, the activity list refreshes automatically to reflect any changes you made.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple activities using the checkboxes in the leftmost column. A bulk action bar appears at the top with:
- Approve (green button) -- Approves all selected activities that are in the "Awaiting Approval" stage. Only shows when approvable activities are selected.
- Regenerate (orange button) -- Resets selected activities to "Pending" and clears their generated content. The AI will reprocess them from scratch.
- Send (blue button) -- Sends all selected activities that are in the "Email Ready" stage.
You can also:
- Select all on page -- Use the header checkbox to select/deselect all visible rows.
- Select all filtered -- When all rows on the current page are selected, a link appears to select all matching activities across all pages.
- Clear selection -- Click the "Clear" button in the bulk action bar.
Pagination
Activities are displayed 20 per page. Use the Previous/Next buttons and page numbers at the bottom to navigate through pages.
