Profile Settings
How to manage your OutSales profile, including personal details, email signature, and password.
Profile Settings
Your profile settings control your personal information, email signature, and account security. These details are used across OutSales, including in AI-generated emails where your name and signature appear.
Accessing Profile Settings
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner of any page.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- You will land on the Profile tab by default.
Alternatively, navigate directly to the Profile settings from the Settings page tab navigation.
Personal Information
The profile form includes the following fields:
First Name and Last Name
Your name as it appears in outgoing emails and within the OutSales interface. The AI uses your name (via the {{ sender_name }} variable) when generating follow-up emails, so make sure it is accurate.
Your email address, shown as a read-only field. This is the email associated with your Auth0 login account and cannot be changed from this page.
Company
Your company or organization name. This is informational and helps identify your workspace.
Company Domain
Your company's website domain (e.g., "yourcompany.com"). This can be used for context in various features.

Email Signature
The email signature section lets you configure a signature that can be appended to AI-generated emails. See Email Signatures for a complete guide.
The signature editor includes:
- Signature text -- A rich text area for your sign-off, title, contact details, or any other information you want below every email.
- Logo upload -- Upload a PNG image (max 2MB) that appears alongside your signature. The logo is automatically resized to fit within 300x100 pixels.
Password Management
The password section at the bottom of the profile page depends on how you signed up:
Auth0 (Email/Password) Login
If you created your account with email and password, you will see a Reset Password button. Clicking it sends a password reset email to your registered email address. A confirmation toast notification appears.
Social Login (Google, etc.)
If you signed in using a social provider like Google, the password section displays a message explaining that your password is managed by your social login provider. No password reset option is shown.
Saving Changes
After editing your profile information:
- Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the form.
- A success notification confirms your changes have been saved.
- The page refreshes to reflect your updated information.
Account Deletion
Below the profile form, account owners will see an Account Deletion section. This is a multi-step process for permanently deleting your organization and all associated data:
- Feedback -- Choose a reason for leaving (too expensive, missing features, switched to competitor, too complicated, not enough value, or other).
- Retention Offer -- If you selected "too expensive," OutSales may offer a discount (e.g., 30% off for 3 months) to retain your account.
- Impact Summary -- Review what will be deleted: team members, agents, activities, documents, subscription, and integrations with exact counts.
- Confirmation -- Type your organization name to confirm permanent deletion.
Account deletion is only available to organization owners. Other team members do not see this option.
Tips
- Keep your name updated -- Your name appears in every AI-generated email, so make sure it is correct and professional.
- Set up your signature -- A well-crafted email signature adds credibility to your automated follow-ups. Include your title, phone number, and company logo.
- Use a professional avatar -- Your avatar appears throughout OutSales and helps team members identify you.
